Returns

We take great pride in our reputation of the quality of our FlipOutTM line of products. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase, as long as the following requirements are met:

  • The product is returned in its original shipping box.
  • Ornaments are attached to sandals and in the original shipping bags.
  • Product is unworn.
  • Return Authorization Number (RA#) is included both on return shipping label and on copy of the packing slip in the return shipping box.

To return your FlipOutTM sandals please follow the steps below:

1) Contact FlipOutTM sandals customer service at 1-877-660-FLIP (3547) or through email at info@flipoutsandals.com  to obtain a RA# (Return Authorization Number).

2) Be sure to include the RA# on the shipping label and a copy of the original invoice in box.

3) Return package to:

Whatever shipping method you use, please retain the tracking number for your records. 

FlipOutTM sandals will fully refund your purchase price, to the card used for payment, less Shipping, Processing & Handling fees. Please allow for two billing cycles in order for the return to appear on your credit card statement.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee will be charged based on the amount of the return as follows:

  • Up to $30.00  /  $3.00 restocking fee
  • $30.01 - $60.00  /  $4.50 restocking fee
  • $60.01 and over  /  $6.00 restocking fee

Exchanges

Defective Merchandise

Any merchandise that is defective can be returned for a replacement with no additional fees charged. Upon receipt of the purchased merchandise will be analyzed for defectiveness. Once it’s deemed defective, we will replace the merchandise for no additional fee.
